Rezwan Razack, CEO Prestige Properties. INDIA

Rezwan Razack is the paradigm of an unassuming bureaucrat in the business realm. Having over thirty years of business development experience and handles all marketing and engineering activities in the Prestige Group. He has built a highly motivated Marketing and Engineering Team creating an atmosphere for people to effectively execute their assignments. He is responsible for Prestige Group completing over 10 million sft. of commercial and residential developments, totaling over 120 building.

Rezwan Graduated with a degree in Commerce in 1975 with a second rank in the state, and followed the footsteps of his brother Irfan and entered the family retailing business and soon started Prestige Group's maiden venture 'Prestige Court' in Bangalore and 'Prestige Point' in Chennai. 

Unable to avoid the magnetism and allure of the Real Estate trading, Prestige soon diversified into Property Development in Bangalore in 1985. Focusing on creating lifestyle developments, they worked determinedly with a common vision, towards constructing aesthetic developments, without compromising on quality. In the span of twenty short but unprecedented years, the Prestige Group has transformed the horizon of the Garden City, furbishing it with some of Bangalore's most exquisite edifices.

Rezwan has been at the heart of Prestige Group's success from the transition of the Company's first e-mail to paging gateways to more creative marketing strategies, being instrumental in fabricating the remarkable website of the Prestige Group, and now functions as the Group's primary evangelist for all web-related activities.

In addition to being the driving force behind the Group's success, Rezwan is arduously involved in numerous social causes. 

A philanthropist by nature, Rezwan has dedicated himself to coordinating the 'Terry Fox Run" - a fund raising event in aid for Cancer Research in Bangalore. This initiated in Canada when Terry Fox, an 18 year old Canadian, inflicted with Bone Cancer, resulting in the amputation of his right leg, embarked on a 'Marathon of Hope' to run to raise funds for cancer research. This was brought to the world's attention and since then, 50 countries, including India, conduct an annual Run, to raise funds for Cancer Research. Rezwan is actively involved in the Bangalore Chapter of the Terry Fox Run with the ideal and objective of service to humanity to accomplish a reality - 'A World Free of Cancer'.

Rezwan is also a part of "Resident's Initiative for Safe Environment" (RISE) - a movement in Bangalore working towards creating a clean environment, free from garbage for the benefit of the community. 

As a part of Prestige Group's bias in beautifying Bangalore in an inconspicuous way, Rezwan and Irfan zealously endeavor for the evolvement of the Garden City and have conscientiously taken up maintenance of the surroundings of nearly all their properties in Bangalore

Arunjot Singh Bhalla, Director, RSP Architects and Planners India Pvt. Ltd. India

Professional Experience
Arunjot  Bhalla is the Associate Director of RSP Architects and Planners based in Bangalore. A Bachelor of Architecture College of Architecture from Chandigarh, India and Masters of Science in Architecture Studies Architecture and Urbanism Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT), Cambridge, USA has extensive experience in the design and development of large-scale complexes and mixed-use projects.

He worked as an architect with practices in New Delhi from 1988-1992. At The Group for Rural and Urban Planning headed by Romi Khosla he was responsible for the design of projects including a senior school and a multi-facility hospital.

In 1994 Arunjot Bhalla joined RSP Singapore and as part of the design team was involved in projects ranging from high-rise office structures to exhibition centres and residential developments. This includes the prestigious International Tech Park at Bangalore.

From 1997 onwards he has been at RSP (India) as head of the professional team with primary responsibility in design. Arunjot's major focus has been in the design and development of IT Parks and Software Development Campuses.

Anand Iyer, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Wipro EcoEnergy

Anand Iyer is the Sales Director at APC and oversees the entire Sales operations for the Asia Pacific region. Overseeing Asia including Japan , Anand is driving the new datacenter initiatives for APC while establishing APC's presence in the crucial enterprise space. 

Earlier, Anand was the Country General Manager for APC India and over 6 years developed the Indian operations to its current leading presence. As the Country General Manager, Anand was responsible for establishing a sales and marketing organization as well as a countrywide service network, catapulting brand APC as one of the most well known and recognized in the IT industry.

Under Anand's leadership, APC became the most preferred power protection brand amongst  customers, channel partners and industry associations. Initially, Anand was involved in the start-up phase, putting together the feasibility project and the groundwork which fructified in the setting up of a global manufacturing facility besides the software service facility in India. Later on he was also instrumental in increasing the coverage for APC business by establishing a distribution network that now spans the entire country.

Anand, during his tenure as the Country General Manager also championed the cause for affordable, reliable and world-class power protection solutions for mission-critical IT investments .

Prior to APC, Anand had a stint with Global Telecom, a division of Global Telesystems for one and a half years where he headed the Chennai branch. He was instrumental in launching their EDI operations-Electronic Data Interchange tool for business document exchange. This found acceptance in industry clusters like the auto industry and customs.

Before joining Global Telecom, Anand set up the service marketing function in India for 
Wipro GE. This involved launching products like Remote Monitoring Services and Long Term Service Agreements.

Anand graduated in Electrical Engineering from ITBHU, Varanasi and has completed his MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

UKN Properties was started in the year 1997 as a Private Limited Company with Mr.M.R.Unnikrishnan Nambisan as  its Chairman  and Mr.Gautam Nambisan as its Managing Director.

Mr Tom Mikus is Head of Project & Development Services (P&DS) for India and Southeast Asia. Based in Mumbai, India, Mr Mikus is managing the Project and Development Services for India and Southeast Asia.

As Head of Project & Development Services, Mr Mikus is responsible for business development and operations in India.

Mr Mikus has 25 years of experience in the real estate business, all of which were spent in Asia. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he was the Country Manager and Operations Director of Bovis Lend Lease for India, overseeing approximately 100 people for a large range of projects across all of India. He has been a consultant to numerous high profile MNCs and top-tier Indian

companies on Project Management, Construction Management Services.

Mr Mikus holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

It oversees projects from conception to completion including strategy development, construction and occupation, to ensure that overall goals are met and the long-term value of the facility is maximized.

Ian Davies, MD, ArcRadius Consulting Sdn Bhd, Malaysia

Ian Howard Davies @ Iskandar Abdullar is Managing Director of ArcRadius Consulting Sdn Bhd, a change management consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia delivering solutions to clients through interior design, architecture, graphics and brand management that improve bottom line performance.

Ian is a well known speaker and writer on office design in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, and the impact that people, process, technology and the built environment will have on the way we work and play.

Ian took an honours degree in physics at Manchester University, England, and later worked as marketing manager at Ryman Conran on England's first

office furniture system, developed in response to designs entering the market from North America.

Early in his business career, he joined the Architects Journal and while there, worked with Sir Norman Foster on the design of the "Office of the Future." The final design, which predated the development of laptop computers, anticipated a computer small enough to fit into a briefcase, which could be carried in a helicopter! 

He then joined Herman Miller, where Ian was trained in FM at the Facility Management Institute, Ann Arbor, Mich., USA. Later, as Sales Director, he was responsible for sales, marketing and design activities across ten European countries.

As European Managing Director of SunarHauserman, another North American office furniture company, he commissioned the American post modern architect, Michael Graves, to design a15,000 sq ft award winning showroom in London, that became a benchmark for the industry in Europe.

Ian then founded FDH, a management consultancy servicing the design, architecture, office furniture and lighting industries. FDH worked closely with DEGW and Dr Frank Duffy on research into the field of space planning and office furniture design. 

For 15 years Ian Davies also taught interior design, furniture design and design management at the Royal College of Art in London, The RCA is Europe's only postgraduate design school, where many of the world's most famous furniture designers have been trained.

Ian and his wife Fatimah moved to Malaysia in 1995, where he worked in the property and construction fields. In 1998, he became Managing Director of Haworth Malaysia, the world's second largest office furniture company where he worked for 5 years, before founding ArcRadius Consulting.

Dr. Deepak Patil, CEO & MD Edgesoft India Pvt. Ltd

Deepak has more than 23 years of experience in the Software Industry with 16 years in senior managerial positions. Currently he is the Vice President for Business Operations in IBM Global Services India. Deepak has been CEO of Stump Vision, the only company in Asia to focus 100% on sports related software.

As the Chairman and Managing Director of Asera Software (India) Pvt Ltd., he set it up as the head quarter for Asia Pacific operations of USA based Asera Inc. that provides Global 2000 and emerging, real-time enterprises with world-class commerce, supply chain and eMarket place solutions.

Earlier, he was the Co-founder, President and CEO of eVizeon India, a company focused on providing e-commerce IT services to global companies. Prior to eVizeon, he was the Managing Director of VeriFone India Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of VeriFone Inc. where he successfully led the design and development of its flagship product Integrated Payment Solution. Before VeriFone, he was the General Manager heading the Technology Center in IBM Global Services, India, where he established business office functions, processes and tools for the Application Solutions group, and set up new business units in Banking, Finance and Manufacturing industry areas.

Deepak holds a B. Tech, M Tech and Ph. D. in the area of Computational Aerodynamics from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Hem Kumar S, Director - Asiapacific Corporate Services, Novell

Hem is a Electrical Engineer and has varied experience in India and overseas. 

He has over 15 years of work experience in the field of Facilities, Logistics and Administration having worked in India and overseas. His career spans industries that include Defence equipments manufacturing industry, machinery plants, manufacturing industry, power plants, Petrochemicals, Hospitality Industry, Management Consultancy and IT Multinational Companies at various management levels.

He is a full time and active member of the International Facilities Management Association and the current Secretary of the IFMA India Chapter.

Sivakumar S, Director - Operations, Albany Molecular Research, India

Siva holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development and has varied experience in India and overseas. 

He has over 16 years work experience in the field of Administration and Facilities having worked in India and the Middle East. His career spans industries that include packing and removals, Petrochemicals, Management Consultancy, Graphic Designs and Media Entertainment.

He is a full time and active member of the International Facilities Management Association and the current treasurer of the IFMA India Chapter.

K. Bala Chandran. Managing Director, ADC KRONE

Bala Chandran, Managing Director, is a graduate in Physics from Loyola College (Madras University) and has a Diploma in Business and Industrial Management. He has completed courses in Finance Management, Advanced Sales Management and Quality Management. He started his career with Lawrence & Mayo (I) Private Limited and subsequently served with the S&J Group. He took charge as the Chief Executive Officer in December 1997 after joining KRONE Communications Limited (Now acquired by ADC) in 1991. He became Managing Director in October 2000. He has led the target Company's forays into the new LAN networking segment with the Enterprise Networks cabling solutions.

He serves on the committees of CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), MAIT (Manufacturers Association of Information technology), IBF (India Broadband forum) is the current Chairman, Southern Regional Council of TEMA (Telecom Equipment Manufacturer's Association). Bala Chandran also serves as a board member of Subex Systems limited.
