In 2009 Mr. Lam completed his 5-year assignment with CoreNet Global to deliver the global professional designation of Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) executive program to the AsiaPac Region. He has taught senior executives from Global Fortune 1000 companies in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Melbourne, Mumbai and Bangalore. Executives attended were from IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, Hongkong Land, Morgan Stanley, DBS, Standard Chartered Bank, HP, Shell, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, ANZ Bank, Motorola, Procter & Gamble, Siemens, ShuiOn Land, Australian Post, etc.
He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from McGill University (1967) and a Master of Theological Studies from Ontario Theological Seminary (1995). He is a Certified EQ-i Administrator (2000) with Multi-Health Systems Inc. Toronto on emotional intelligence for workplace performance.
He served on the Board of Trustees for BOMI Institute, Maryland, USA; Board of Directors for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA); Board of Trustees of the IFMA Foundation; executive board of the International Society of Facility Executives (ISFE); senior advisor to The Outsourcing Institute (OI), and editorial advisor to the Canadian Facility Management + Design magazine (CFMD).
He authored the chapter on “Business Transformation for Facility Management” in Facility Design and Management Handbook: Theory, Practice and Technology (McGraw Hill, 2001); “Human Elements in Building Performance Evaluation” in the new Assessing Building Performance (Elsevier Butterworth-Heinemann 2005); and Core Competencies for Federal Facilities Asset Mgmt through 2020 by The National Academies of Washington, DC. (National Research Council, 2008). His articles appeared in Ufficiostile (Italy), The European Facility Manager (The Netherlands), Central (Hong Kong), DigiHall (Hong Kong), Canadian Facility Management + Design (Canada) and CFO magazines. |

This initiated in Canada when Terry Fox, an 18 year old Canadian, inflicted with Bone Cancer, resulting in the amputation of his right leg, embarked on a 'Marathon of Hope' to run to raise funds for cancer research. This was brought to the world's attention and since then, 50 countries, including India, conduct an annual Run, to raise funds for Cancer Research. Rezwan is actively involved in the Bangalore Chapter of the Terry Fox Run with the ideal and objective of service to humanity to accomplish a reality - 'A World Free of Cancer'.
Rezwan is also a part of "Resident's Initiative for Safe Environment" (RISE) - a movement in Bangalore working towards creating a clean environment, free from garbage for the benefit of the community.
As a part of Prestige Group's bias in beautifying Bangalore in an inconspicuous way, Rezwan and Irfan zealously endeavor for the evolvement of the Garden City and have conscientiously taken up maintenance of the surroundings of nearly all their properties in Bangalore |

Arunjot Bhalla is the Associate Director of RSP Architects and Planners based in Bangalore. A Bachelor of Architecture College of Architecture from Chandigarh, India and Masters of Science in Architecture Studies Architecture and Urbanism Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT), Cambridge, USA has extensive experience in the design and development of large-scale complexes and mixed-use projects.
He worked as an architect with practices in New Delhi from 1988-1992. At The Group for Rural and Urban Planning headed by Romi Khosla he was responsible for the design of projects including a senior school and a multi-facility hospital. |

In 1994 Arunjot Bhalla joined RSP Singapore and as part of the design team was involved in projects ranging from high-rise office structures to exhibition centres and residential developments. This includes the prestigious International Tech Park at Bangalore.
From 1997 onwards he has been at RSP (India) as head of the professional team with primary responsibility in design. Arunjot's major focus has been in the design and development of IT Parks and Software Development Campuses. |

Anand Iyer is the Sales Director at APC and oversees the entire Sales operations for the Asia Pacific region. Overseeing Asia including Japan , Anand is driving the new datacenter initiatives for APC while establishing APC's presence in the crucial enterprise space.
Earlier, Anand was the Country General Manager for APC India and over 6 years developed the Indian operations to its current leading presence. As the Country General Manager, Anand was responsible for establishing a sales and marketing organization as well as a countrywide service network, catapulting brand APC as one of the most well known and recognized in the IT industry.

Under Anand's leadership, APC became the most preferred power protection brand amongst customers, channel partners and industry associations. Initially, Anand was involved in the start-up phase, putting together the feasibility project and the groundwork which fructified in the setting up of a global manufacturing facility besides the software service facility in India. Later on he was also instrumental in increasing the coverage for APC business by establishing a distribution network that now spans the entire country.
Anand, during his tenure as the Country General Manager also championed the cause for affordable, reliable and world-class power protection solutions for mission-critical IT investments .
Prior to APC, Anand had a stint with Global Telecom, a division of Global Telesystems for one and a half years where he headed the Chennai branch. He was instrumental in launching their EDI operations-Electronic Data Interchange tool for business document exchange. This found acceptance in industry clusters like the auto industry and customs.
Before joining Global Telecom, Anand set up the service marketing function in India for
Wipro GE. This involved launching products like Remote Monitoring Services and Long Term Service Agreements.

Early in his business career, he joined the Architects Journal and while there, worked with Sir Norman Foster on the design of the "Office of the Future." The final design, which predated the development of laptop computers, anticipated a computer small enough to fit into a briefcase, which could be carried in a helicopter!
He then joined Herman Miller, where Ian was trained in FM at the Facility Management Institute, Ann Arbor, Mich., USA. Later, as Sales Director, he was responsible for sales, marketing and design activities across ten European countries.
As European Managing Director of SunarHauserman, another North American office furniture company, he commissioned the American post modern architect, Michael Graves, to design a15,000 sq ft award winning showroom in London, that became a benchmark for the industry in Europe.
Ian then founded FDH, a management consultancy servicing the design, architecture, office furniture and lighting industries. FDH worked closely with DEGW and Dr Frank Duffy on research into the field of space planning and office furniture design.
For 15 years Ian Davies also taught interior design, furniture design and design management at the Royal College of Art in London, The RCA is Europe's only postgraduate design school, where many of the world's most famous furniture designers have been trained.
Ian and his wife Fatimah moved to Malaysia in 1995, where he worked in the property and construction fields. In 1998, he became Managing Director of Haworth Malaysia, the world's second largest office furniture company where he worked for 5 years, before founding ArcRadius Consulting.
